We are incredibly selective about what we serve, which is why we use matcha from Plain-T, a local tea company entrepreneur based out of Southampton.
Our mission has always been to provide our East Hampton and Southampton neighbors and summer visitors with the finest gourmet provisions on the East End. We expanded our café menu beyond our traditional local drip brews to introduce premium matcha lattes because we wanted to offer a clean, mindful, and health-forward alternative for our community.
